I haven’t received an email invite?

If you are not receiving an invite to join a meeting, most of the time this issue is caused by your firewall or internet provider ad blocking settings. Add “https://www.getrethink.com” and https://www.dropbox.getrethink.com to your safe list. It is possible that invites are also finding their way to your email junk folder.

Why can't I connect?

How many people can join a meeting?

We primarily designed spaces for small teams, groups, or gatherings and support up to 12 concurrent users in a room.

Where's my stuff?

Images you add to rooms will remain until you remove them or delete the room entirely. During early access, keep in mind that your content can get deleted by other visitors of your rooms. In future releases you will have the ability to save your room states but at this time items can get deleted. You can lock content in your space by pressing the lock icon when interacting with an item but this only makes it harder to delete as other users still have the ability to unlock items.

Can I design my own space?

We will support space import in a future release. In the meantime, check out our purpose environments here. Reach out and let us know the type of space you need and we'll let our designers know.

Deleting your space

From the rooms page in the home menu, there is a small delete icon in the top right of a room thumbnail. Clicking this will allow you to delete the room. Note: if you delete a room that has been shared with other users, they will no longer be able to access the room. If you delete a room that has been shared with you, it is only removed from your recent rooms list and does not delete the room for the other users.

Can I see my desktop PC inside reTHINK?
